WHO WE ARE: TheMcKeesport Area High School Chapter of Future Business Leaders of America(FBLA) is a club for students who are interested in preparing for careers inbusiness or who might have an interest in learning more about the freeenterprise system. FBLA members learn to develop leadership skills and how tocompete honorably in competitive events in preparation for entry into and successwithin a business or in a business-related occupation. Involvement in thecommunity is an important business activity, so we give back to the communitythroughout the year with activities and fundraisers.
WHEN WE MEET: FBLA meetsonce a week during Activity Period with occasional meetings two times per week.
WHO CAN JOIN: 9th - 12thgrade students are welcome to join FBLA. The payment of approximately $15 forstate and national dues is required in order to be able to participate incompetitions.
