Technology Support During
Flexible or Virtual Instruction Days
If you need assistance from the McKeesport Area School District Technology Department on a day when in-person learning is not in session, please submit a request using the Technology Request Form:
Technology Request Form:
https://forms.gle/KnvA4RwCP7suCg2P9
This form should be used only in the following situations:
-
During a Flexible Instruction Day (FID) or Virtual Instruction Day (VID)
-
By Cyber School students
Please do not use this form when school is in normal in-person session unless you have been explicitly instructed to do so by a member of the MASD Technology Team.
If a student experiences a technology issue while school is in session, they should report the issue to their homeroom teacher. The teacher will submit an internal help desk ticket so the appropriate technology staff can be assigned.
Response Time Notice
During periods of inclement weather or on FID/VID days, request volumes may be higher than normal. Please be patient—a member of the Technology Department will contact you as soon as possible to assist.
