Real Estate Tax Information
McKeesport Area School District real estate taxes will be mailed in August. If there are any property owners who have paid off their mortgage this year, moved or sold their property, please call the Keystone Collection Group at (724) 978-0300. Any changes in mailing addresses must be made no later than June 30, 2025.
MASD Tax Collection
The McKeesport Area School District's real estate taxes are billed on a fiscal year. The real estate tax fiscal year is from July 1st to June 30th of the following year.

Homestead Exclusion
Approved homestead properties (property permanently used as the residence or domicile of the owner) and small businesses with less than fifty (50) employees, may now pay their school taxes at face in four equal installments throughout the tax year. Payments are due September 15, December 15, March 15, and June 15. If you wish to pay your tax on a payment plan, call the Keystone Collections Group office at (724) 978-0300.

Tax Certifications
Tax Certification letters are available for the current year and three prior years. The fees are as follows. Checks should be made payable to the McKeesport Area School District. A self-addressed stamped envelope is required:
Dravosburg Borough - $70.00
McKeesport - $60.00
